Real Madrid won the Spanish Super Cup. Blancos won 2-1 against Barcelona in Madrid, in the first match was 3-2 for Catalonians.

FC Barcelona defeated Real Madrid in Supercup.

FC Barcelona won against Real Madrid in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup. "The pride of Catalonia" won 3-2 and the second goal for "Royal" gave them Victor Valdes.

OFFICIALLY: Nelson Valdez in Valencia CF

The official club website confirmed the transfer of Nelson Haedo Valdez. Paraguayan  was borrowed from Rubin Kazan for the upcoming season with a definitive transfer option.
