Decision of Barcelona moved the Middle East.

On Wednesday, Barcelona vice-president Carles Vilarrubi confirmed the presence of Gilad Shalit at the upcoming match Barcelona - Real. This caused a huge wave of outrage in the Arabic world.

Gilad Shalit is a soldier in the Israeli army, who in the period 2006-2011 has been kidnapped and was being held for five years by Palestinian soldiers of Hamas. Israeli soldier is a big fan of Barcelona

A group of anti-Israel activists BDS Barcelona now calls for a boycott of the club.

- We understand that the club speaks in a gesture of good will, but the soldier Gilad Shalit is not an ordinary citizen of Israel. He is a Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces, which since 1967 has illegally occupied territory of Palestine, East Jerusalem, the West Bank, Gaza Strip and Golan Heights - underlines the message activists.

Gerard Pique injured.

At the beginning of the Champions League match against Spartak Moscow, after the unfortunate intervention, defender of Barcelona - Gerard Pique  has been injured. After the initial means for the club doctors he returned to the field, but a few minutes later in his place on the pitch  appeared Alex Song, bacause graduate of Barca was unable to continue this meeting.

After extensive medical research, which Pique had after the game, it turned out that Piqué suffered a sprain in the left foot and waiting for him  a 2-3 week break in football. This injury also puts a question mark over his performance in the match against Real Madrid at the beginning of October. It is also not good news for Tito Vilanova, which has one nominal central defender - Marc Bartra.

For now in Barcelona list of injured players grow up. Injured is: Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba, Carles Puyol, Andres Iniesta, Marc Muniesa, Isaac Cuenca and still Eric Abidal.

In the first match in Champions League FC Barcelona won against Spartak Moscow 3-2.

Pablo Piatti broke his arm in training.

Left forward left Friday's training after a dangerous fall, which resulted in broke his hand. The player was immediately transported to a hospital, where he underwent surgery.

Mauricio Pellegrino after the match against Alcoyano opted for a light workout. "Bats" in the exercise played netball courts. After one of the pass, Piatti fell on his hand and began to collapse in pain.
