Spain's main squares

Plazas Mayores exist in almost every Spanish village. For tourists are one of the obligatory part of program of sightseeing points. In the past, the center of events (fairs, bullfights, tournaments, celebrations of holidays, punishment ...), today is a favorite meeting place, walking, chatting over coffee, shopping. These are the best known in Madrid, Salamanca, Chinchón, Toledo and Valladolid, though each has its own charm.
